What follow-ups am I forgetting?
YouSpot reads what you said you would do, what others are waiting on from you, and, with Gmail connected, what your email says you invoiced and never heard back about. Then it drafts the follow-up.
How it shows up
Every Friday: the promises you made this month that have not happened yet, with the thread each one came from. Every morning: the messages waiting on a reply from you, ranked by who sent them, so the investor who introduced you to two others comes before a newsletter.
And, for anyone who bills: when an invoice passes terms, the chase is drafted, in the tone that relationship deserves. Your Stripe, your money, your send button.
How it knows
Promises live in what you sent: the "I'll send that by Friday" lines you never wrote down. LinkedIn messages carry some; connect Gmail and your sent mail carries the rest, including anything you invoiced. YouSpot reads those threads, checks whether a follow-up already happened, and surfaces only what is still open.
It will never tell you an invoice was paid. It says what your email says you invoiced, and stops there.

Questions
- Does it connect to my bank or Stripe?
- No. It reads your mail. If the client replied to the invoice thread it will see that; it never claims to know whether money moved.
- Will it chase anyone without asking?
- Never. Every follow-up is a draft in your own Gmail. You decide whether it goes, and when.
- What if I made the promise on a call, not in writing?
- Then it does not know about it, and it will not pretend to. Add a note and it joins the record.
The other things it watches for.
- Every day
Who needs my attention?
A short list, most mornings: who's gone quiet, who's coming up, who changed jobs, who you never answered. Each with why, and the sources. You pick one.
- Your network
Who should I reconnect with?
Three clients fit in your head. The ninety people who could send you work don't. Every week YouSpot names the one worth a note, says why now, and drafts it in your voice.
- New business
Who in my network could become a customer?
The best new business is usually someone you already know whose circumstances changed. YouSpot watches for that. When you want to go wider, describe the kind of company and it finds them, marked with who you know at each.
- Your network
Who can get me into a company?
Name the company. YouSpot finds the warmest real route in: who you know there, who you both know, and how you know them. Or an honest no route from here.
- Changes
What changed in my network?
People change jobs, companies raise, champions leave. Every week YouSpot names the changes among people you know that matter to you, with a reason and a note to send.
